Koofis, Perfumes, Stoles & Shawls – For Pakistan & International Orders

At Xenath, we take pride in offering refined, thoughtfully designed pieces — from handwoven shawls and elegant stoles to uniquely crafted koofis and premium perfumes. Each item represents the work of rare artisans and reflects our commitment to quality, exclusivity, and comfort.

For our valued customers in Pakistan, we provide a 6-day exchange and return window. If any product — be it a koofi, perfume, stole, or shawl — does not meet your expectations, you may request a return or exchange within six days of receiving your order. The item must remain unused, in its original condition, and include all original packaging and tags. Sale items are not eligible for returns, but may be exchanged for other discounted products. Refunds, where applicable, may take up to 20 days to process once the returned item is received.

To initiate a return or exchange, simply contact us via WhatsApp at +92 313 3051835. We’ll happily arrange a free pickup from your location within Pakistan. At this time, our return and exchange services are exclusive to our local Pakistani customers, though we are actively working to expand this support internationally.

Once the returned item is received and reviewed, the exchange process may take up to ten days. You will be notified by email once it has been completed. To remain eligible, all returns and exchanges must be requested within six days of purchase, and the products must be in a resalable condition with price tags intact. Items bought on sale may only be exchanged for other sale items. Customers are responsible for the secure return of products to Xenath. We are not liable for any damages or loss during shipping.

For international customers, refunds are not currently offered. However, we do accept exchanges under specific conditions. The product must be unused, unaltered, and in its original state, with all tags attached. Customized or discounted items are not eligible for exchange unless they arrive with a verified manufacturing fault.

If you're outside Pakistan and wish to exchange a product, your request must be made within six days of delivery. Customers are responsible for both return shipping and the shipment of the replacement product. We strongly recommend using a tracked courier service. Once the returned item is received, our team will examine it within three business days, and the full exchange process may take up to three weeks.
