Thank you for choosing Xenath for your women's clothing needs. We hope you are delighted with your purchase. However, if, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to assist you with exchanges. Please read the details of our return policy below.

Returns:

At Xenath, we take immense pride in delivering only the finest quality women's clothing. We understand that occasionally the fit or style may not align perfectly with your preferences. Therefore, we are pleased to offer a hassle-free Exchange and Return Policy.

If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to exchange or return the product within six days from the date of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure that the article is in new and unused condition, complete with all original tags and labels attached.

Please note that sale items are not eligible for returns but can be exchanged for other sale items. Once we receive your item, we will process your refund, which may take upto 20 days

At present, our Exchange and Return Policy is exclusively available to our valued local Pakistani customers. However, we are actively working to expand our services to our international customers in the near future.

We highly value your satisfaction and are committed to simplifying the return and exchange process. To initiate an exchange or return, kindly inform us via WhatsApp at "+92 313 3051835." We will be pleased to arrange a pickup of the item from your location at no additional cost. Your contentment is our foremost concern.

Exchange:

All exchanges must be postmarked within six (6) days of the purchase date. Returned items must be in new and unused condition, complete with all original tags and labels attached.

The Process:

Upon receiving your return and assessing the condition of the item, we will process your exchange. Please allow at least ten (10) days from the receipt of your item for the exchange to be processed. You will receive an email notification once your exchange has been completed.

Exchange/Return Criteria:

Please Note:

Sale items are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
Items must be in their original packaging.
The item's tag/price tag must remain intact within the product as it was sold to the customer.
On-sale items can only be exchanged for other on-sale items.
The customer is responsible for the cost and safe delivery of the item(s) being exchanged/returned to the store. Xeanth will not be held responsible for any mishandling.
Currently, only local (Pakistani) customers are eligible for this offer.

Refund Policy

Customers residing outside Pakistan are not eligible for a refund.
Exchange Policy

In the event of an exchange, please note the following conditions:

The product should be unused.
All original tags must be intact.
The product should not have been altered in any way.
Customized orders are exempt from our Exchange policy unless there is a manufacturing fault.
On Sales/discounted items are exempted from our exchange policy.


Exchange Process


Requesting an Exchange: Your exchange request must be made within 6 days of receiving the order.
Courier Charges: Customers seeking an exchange are responsible for covering the two-way courier charges, including sending the product back to xeanth and placing a new order for the desired item.
Courier Tracking: Customers are advised to use a courier company that provides a tracking number. xenath will not be held responsible for any misplacement by the courier company.
Product Examination: Upon receiving the returned article, Xenath will take up to 3 business days to thoroughly examine the product.
Exchange Timeline: The entire exchange process may take 2-3 weeks to complete.
Exchanging Items: In case of exchanges, customers are responsible for sending the product back to xenath and paying the courier charges upfront for the dispatch of the exchanged item.
