Shipping Policy

At Xenath, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and on time within Pakistan. Please review our shipping policy below:

1. Shipping Coverage

  • We currently deliver orders only within Pakistan through trusted courier partners.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • Online Card Payments: Processing starts immediately after successful payment verification.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days

3. Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days depending on your location.                  
  • Remote or out-of-service areas may take slightly longer.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on orders PKR 4,000 and above       
  •  A flat fee of PKR 200 applies to orders below PKR 4,000.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/Email to monitor your parcel.

6. Delays

  • While we strive to deliver on time, unexpected delays due to weather, strikes, or courier issues may occur. We appreciate your patience in such cases.

7. Undelivered Orders

  • If the parcel is not received due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal, the order will be marked as undelivered. Re-shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
